Role of occupational therapy in Autism

Importance of occupational therapy in Autism

We work closely with families, offering education, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure that therapy extends beyond our clinic's walls and into the child's daily routines and environments.

We at Stepping Stones have a team of compassionate and highly skilled occupational therapists who are passionate about working with children. These therapists possess a deep understanding of child development and specialize in a wide range of areas, including sensory integration, fine motor skills, self-care, social interaction, and more. They form meaningful connections with each child, fostering trust and providing personalized care that is tailored to their unique needs.

Within our envisioned clinic, We see families actively engaged in their child's therapy journey. Parents and caregivers are valued as vital members of the team,

collaborating closely with therapists to set goals, receive education,

and participate in therapy sessions.

We provide a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that

families feel empowered and equipped to continue therapy beyond

the clinic's walls, ensuring progress and growth in the child's everyday life.

We believe in the power of interdisciplinary teamwork, working closely with

other healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to provide holistic care and support for children.

Together, we envision a network of resources and expertise aimed at optimizing child development and well-being.
